First great thing, I rang a number of Roof Cleaners and their quotes ranged from $1500 to $1600. I then rang 1300 Cleaning Group and Tracy quoted $1024.00. Then Adrian turned up and did my 2nd story roof, garage roof, entrance covered roof, side awning beside the garage and verandah aluminium roof. The whole roof was filthy now it is all exceptionally clean. I could not ask for a better result and thank you 1300 Cleaning Group what a great job. Thank you.

I would not recommend Roof Clean Australia. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, and I had to chase them multiple times just to get a quote.When the work was finally completed, the results didn’t meet expectations. There were still visible areas that hadn’t been properly cleaned, which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of paying for a professional service.For the price charged (which wasn't cheap), I expected a much higher standard and better customer service. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. I won’t be using them again.I'm bracing myself for a 'we don't have a record of you on our files' reply.UPDATE - Your assumption that I’m using a pseudonym is quite telling and reflects poorly on your approach to customer feedback. The tone of your reply came across as unnecessarily defensive and, frankly, aligned with my overall experience.To clarify, the booking was made under my daughter’s name, not mine.Unfortunately, my initial dealings with your business were underwhelming, and the quality of the finished job did not meet a reasonable standard. For the price charged, I expected far better attention to detail.While I acknowledge your response, it hasn’t done much to change my overall impression. The experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I stand by my original feedback.

Was well worth the money. You just don’t know how dirty your building or roofs are till you get them cleaned. With the humidity we get here everything wants to grow no matter where. Simon and roof clean did a fantastic job and would highly recommended
